It’s a fairy tale, with an even better ending.
“This ranks up there with one of the best moments of my life,” said Kyle Braver, a very lucky Giants fan.
Friends and co-workers surprised the UC Davis student with a ticket to Game 2 of the World Series at AT&T Park.
“I got to see them in person, dominate the tigers.” Braver works 30-hours a week, all the while juggling a full-time schedule as a double major in history and economics.
“I don’t know how much they spent. It’s, like, $400 a ticket. I make $9-bucks an hour, I don’t have enough money for that, that’s rent money right there,” said Braver.
One hundred and twenty friends and co-workers chipped into surprise Braver with the memory of a life time.
“It means the world to me, it’s the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me, I can’t tell them how much I appreciate it,” Braver said.
