SACRAMENTO-
Sacramento Police arrested a man Thursday in connection with a fatal shooting in front of a midtown bar the previous evening.
Elpidio Tellez, 35, is suspected of killing a man in front of the Monte Carlo bar on the corner of 15th and S Streets.
Investigators have not yet released the victim’s name.
