ROSEVILLE–
Arrest records reveal that a man accused of attacking a senior citizen in a road rage incident in Rocklin was arrested for battery four days before.
Zubin Bogdanoff, 33, was arrested Saturday for elder abuse, burglary and assault. Rocklin police say he followed the elderly victim to his home Saturday morning where the attack happened.
One woman reports seeing the suspect in a rage at a Save Mart store in Roseville the Tuesday before the incident in Rocklin.
On Tuesday, Bogdanoff was arrested for battery with bail set at $2,000.
After the incident Saturday, his bail was set at $50,000.

So if I was carrying and gun and saw what was happening and decided to shoot the guy then they would be putting me in jail instead?
