SACRAMENTO–
A young man was arrested for allegedly bashing some cars with a bat, police say.
Officers were called to a neighborhood near Erin Drive and Donnie Way just before 2 a.m. Sunday after getting a report of two people hitting cars with bats.
Once at the scene, police were able to find and arrest one suspect – 19-year-old Martin Rivas.
Rivas was booked into county jail and is now facing felony vandalism and cocaine possession charges.

The owners of the vehicles he damaged should get a chance to beat him with a bat! Ooops! I'm sorry he has rights.
