Study: Infections During Pregnancy Linked to Autism Diagnosis

A new study out of Denmark shows a relationship between women who get the flu when pregnant and autism.

The study is not 100% conclusive — with officials saying parents should not worry, but should take precaution.

Doctors recommend all mothers get the flu vaccine, as it could add protection from infections.

If you have not yet received the flu vaccine you should; it takes 2 to 4 weeks before you are 100% protected.
