STOCKTON–
Police are investigating a possible murder-suicide at the Red Roof Inn near I-5 and West Fremont Street.
The incident happened around 1 p.m. Two bodies, a man and a woman, were found in the inn’s parking lot.
A maintenance worker on the grounds found them. The motel’s manager told FOX40 Tuesday that the two victims were not guests at the Red Roof.
Police found a gun inside the SUV, a silver Mitsubishi with California plates, along with the two bodies.
