TRACY-
A Tracy woman was arrested Thursday after police say she was driving “erratically” through the parking lot of her child’s school.
Officers say school officials saw Ashley Lynne Phelps drive into the Monticello School parking lot the wrong way, pick up her kid, and then exit the wrong way.
Phelps was arrested for driving under the influence and child endangerment. She was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail.

She must have done this before.. or just doesn’t care about safety at all! Like it doesn’t apply to her.
