Tia, with regards to the killings in the area, your off the cuff remark "No One Wants To Be A Snitch" is one attitude that contributes to the escalating, no consequences mind sets of those who have little regards for the needed order and discipline of the more normal society. There are problems today that need/require individuals to "SNITCH". You do not maintain order in society if the people that make up the population of that society fail to support law and order.
