Southbound lanes of Truxel Road between Pebblewood Drive and Millcreek Drive were shut down Monday evening followed by a three-car collision.

Sacramento Police say one 60-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The woman had gotten out of her car after being rear-ended, and then was hit by the third car.

Those lanes will be closed while Police investigate the scene and crews clean up the accident.
