MODESTO -
Cilantro and Cake Batter. Those aren’t the first two flavors that probably come to mind when you think of vodka, but they’re two of the nine Lee Palleschi, the founder of Cold House Vodka, has created.
Palleschi started making vodka as a hobby about three years ago and would make about 100 bottles every three weeks. He had an initial uphill climb with his business but he quickly found he had to increase productivity to keep up with demand.
