Burglars smashed a giant pane window at a Sacramento Vietnamese restaurant early Monday morning and stole a TV.

The thieves struck at Hoa Viet Noodles and Grill on Bruceville Road near Calvine Road around 2 a.m.

Owner Dat Tran said their surveillance video wasn’t working well at the time and said they’d be working on upgrading the video system.

In a message to the thieves he said, “That TV wasn’t worth it. Hope you guys don’t come back again because we’ll be ready next time and get it on camera.”
