A man remains on the loose Tuesday morning after leading CHP officers on a chase in Sacramento.

Officers said they tried to pull him over when they saw him speeding on I-80. The man raced away and got off at the Marysville ramp where he drove between 40-60 mph on surface streets. He took off running on Haywood Street near Grand Avenue.

Sacramento Police officers arrived with K9 units but they were unable to find the man.

CHP did not release the man’s name, but says he was in his mid 20’s and is a parolee-at-large.
