Narcotics Dog Named ‘Kilo’ Joining Ripon’s Police Department

Ripon Police inaugurated a new narcotics dog on Friday – appropriately named “Kilo.”

She’s is an 18-month-old Labrador retriever. Kilo’s beat will be the streets as well as the classroom, helping the department in their outreach efforts.

The department’s last dog, “Topper,” retired after seven years of service back in October.
