A man who admitted to setting 15 fires in the Carmichael area was sentenced to four years in state prison, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District announced Wednesday.
Morgan McGinn, 18, was arrested Oct. 1 after investigators put together evidence found at several fires. After he was arrested, McGinn admitted to setting the fires.
He was charged with five felony counts of arson and two felony counts of burglary. He pleaded guilty to one count of arson.

Nice.. Now tax payers will pay for 3 meals a day and free medical for him in prison!
