Vacaville Residents Brave Overnight Freezing Temperatures

At the Nut Tree in Vacaville, Rosy Navaro stands outside for hours working at a carousel. And although it’s tough being out in the nearly freezing cold, it’s nothing she can not handle.

“You kind of learn to prepare otherwise you could be freezing,” said Navaro

With the past couple nights reaching freezing temperatures some Vacaville natives can stand it, others not so much.

“I have a nice cup of coffee. It’s too cold out here,” said Vacaville resident Tammy Gullett

Despite the weather it did not keep shoppers away from outlet stores. Instead, they just found interesting ways to stay warm.

“Stay in as many stores,” said shopper Kierstyn Browning.
