SACRAMENTO–

A man wielding an “illegal knife” was arrested in midtown Sacramento Saturday morning.

Police got a call just after 10 a.m. about a man waving around a knife near 16^th and F streets.

Once at the scene, they found that 50-year-old Jack Gerber had a switchblade.

Thanks to it being an illegal knife, Gerber was arrested. He also faces a probation violation.
