Teen Arrested for Allegedly Selling Marijuana in Front of Staples
A young man was arrested for allegedly selling marijuana in front of an Auburn Staples Friday afternoon.
Tipsters reported to police just after 3:30 p.m. that someone looked to be selling marijuana in front of the Grass Valley Highway store.
Once at the scene, officers identified the suspect as 18-year-old John Lentz, thanks to a witness, and found about five ounces of marijuana in his car. Other stuff found in the car also led police to believe that Lentz was indeed selling marijuana.
Lentz was arrested and booked into Placer County Jail. He faces possession and transportation of marijuana charges.
