(LA Times)– Authorities are trying to identify a man whose body was found encased in newly poured concrete at a Santa Fe Springs business in what detectives are classifying a homicide.
The body was discovered Sunday at a heating and air conditioning business after Whittier police, who patrol the city, received information about a possible killing.
