Armed Men Take Urgent Care’s Cash Box

Two armed men robbed a south Sacramento Urgent Care, leaving with a cash box Wednesday night.

Two men with guns and masks walked into the Urgent Car near Calvine Road and Elk Grove-Florin Road just ten minutes before the facility was set to close for the evening.

Six employees were inside during the robbery, one of whom was pistol whipped. No one else was hurt.

Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies are using K-9 units to search for the thieves.
