SACRAMENTO-
California Governor Jerry Brown made his feelings clear Tuesday about Texas Governor Rick Perry’s radio ad urging California businesses to Texas.
“It’s not even a burp. It’s barely a fart,” Brown told reporters at an event highlighting new electric trucks the UPS is unveiling, according to a report on the SacBee.com by David Siders.
Gov. Perry’s ad, which aired Monday across California, says starting a business in California is next to impossible.
“He needs to probe a little deeper,” Brown said. “A $26,000 media buy is the smallest inkling in the media market of California.”
Brown didn’t stop there.
“Should I liken it to when you stand by the ocean? No. It’s a big nothing,” Brown said.
