A man was found dead outside Perko’s in Sacramento
SACRAMENTO-
A strange death in Sacramento after a night of drinking.
Police found a man dead, upside down, in his car.
The man was found outside Perko’s near 3rd and J Streets Saturday afternoon.
Officers say he fell asleep with his head on the floorboard and his feet up in the air, and likely suffocated.
