I don’t need anyone to come to me in a van, or a Gym or no one else for that matter I will go get on my bike take a fun right on the bike trail, then come back to the park and jog around the walking trail about 10 times, and it’s all free, I went from 238 to 198, and have not change my diet, but it doesn’t work the same for everybody, what’s good for you is not good for everybody else.
