Alleged Gunman in Stockton Family Shooting Speaks with Police, is Released
Stockton Police say a man they believed was the gunman in a deadly March 17 shooting spoke with detectives Thursday and was released.
Sergio Hernandez, 20, voluntarily walked into the police station. He was wanted for questioning regarding a shooting that killed two people and injured three others.
Hernandez was released after an interview with homicide investigators.
Police hope anyone with information about the shooting can come forward.
