Their mother didn’t want them, but that is great news for pit bull and puppy lovers.
The local chapter of USA Hands, now has eight two-week old pit bull puppies of assorted colors and personalities and they are looking to find them some homes.
“Their mother rejected them, in fact she refused to feed them,” said Paulina Casada the spokesperson for USA Hands.
Casada said she doesn’t know how many are girls and how many are boys.
The adoption process will start Saturday, April 6 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the Sierra Arden Church in Sacramento at 890 Morse Avenue.
A screening process will be used to determine the best owner, and Helping Hands said they are willing to seperate all pups depending on demand.
