SACRAMENTO COUNTY—

Detectives have made another arrest into the Friday afternoon murder of a 30-year-old woman in Foothill Farms.

Marquon DeAnthony Green-Vasquez, 23, was taken into custody Tuesday morning and charged with murder. A second suspect, 29-year-old Shoreem Bryant, was arrested Saturday night and charged with being an accessory to the murder.

Deandra Horton was found dead at the Cambridge Park apartments along Hamilton Street around 1:30 p.m. Friday. She had been shot multiple times.

A 31-year-old man was also found to have been shot and had to be taken to the hospital. He is expected to be OK.

Green-Vasquez apparently checked himself into a Walnut Creek hospital due to a gunshot wound. Investigation led authorities to Green-Vasquez, who they found and at the hospital and took back to Sacramento County.

Detectives now say that Horton appears to be an unintended victim in the shooting. They are still investigating the crime and are asking anyone with information to call them at (916) 874-5115.
