An older couple killed in their Davis home Monday died from multiple stab wounds.

The Yolo County Coroner says the two, who FOX40 identified as Oliver Northup and his wife Claudia Maupin, were both stabbed multiple times.

Their deaths are both classified as homicide.

Northup and Maupin were found inside their home along Cowell Boulevard, near Mace Boulevard, Sunday night.

Earlier that day, Davis Police were asked to check in on the couple, because they had not been seen or heard from.

Anyone with information about the couple, or what may have happened Sunday, is asked to call Davis Police at (530) 747-5420.
