Two people are facing accusations of torture in Turlock after officers find evidence in their home.
Last month, a person told police he had been tortured.
During an investigation, Turlock Police focused on 42-year-old Salvador Rendon and 35-year-old Martha Ferguson.
Officers searched the couple’s home along Linwood Avenue Thursday morning.
Investigators say they found evidence that corroborated the victim’s accusations of torture, and arrested the couple.
Rendon faces charges of torture and assault with a deadly weapon, Ferguson was booked into jail for a torture charge.
