Man Wanted for Stockton Murder Spotted in Mexico

SAN FRANCISCO-

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested a man wanted for a Stockton murder Wednesday evening at San Francisco International Airport.

Richard Alcaraz, 22, had just arrived from Mexico when he was taken into custody. He was spotted by authorities in Mexico and taken into custody.

Police say Alcaraz is suspected in the November 2012 killing of a shop keeper after taking two cases of beer. The shooting was caught on surveillance video.
