Suspicious behavior gets a man arrested just before 3 a.m. on Saturday morning.

Sacramento Police say that Jefferson Cortez, 25, was acting suspicious and walking around with a baseball bat and gun near Gateway Park Blvd. and N. Bend Dr.

A security guard confronted Cortez, who then pointed the gun at him. The guard sprayed Cortez with pepper spray and held him under citizens arrest until the police arrived.

It was later confirmed that the gun was a replica but Cortez was arrested for brandishing a fake firearm and narcotics charges.

This loser is VERY lucky he wasn't shot for this. The security guard must've been of the 'unarmed' variety.

If the police had gotten-there-first, Mr. Cortez' life would have ended.
