Police Catch Teens Suspected of Burglarizing Cars

FAIRFIELD—

Two teenagers are under arrest for burglarizing some cars Sunday night.

A resident called police around 10:41 p.m. after seeing two suspicious people along Lagunita Court, off of Dickson Hill Road.

Officers showed up and found two teenagers hiding in the bushes.

Police believe the two, a 15 and a 16 year old, are responsible for multiple vehicle burglaries in the area – as stolen property were found on the teens. More stolen property was found at their home, police say.

The two teens have been arrested and now face burglary, possession of stolen property and conspiracy charges.

Police say the stolen property has been returned to their owners.
