SACRAMENTO COUNTY—

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help in finding two elderly men who have gone missing.

Bronislav Demayik, 83, was last seen walking away from his Kohler Avenue home in Foothill Farms Sunday morning. Authorities say that Demayik was on his way a church nearby, but never came home.

Authorities consider Demayik at-risk because this behavior is not unlike how he usually acts.

John Nevitt, 81, was last seen at his Fair Oaks Boulevard home Monday morning. Authorities consider him to be at-risk due to his dementia.

Monday afternoon, authorities announced that Nevitt had been found safe. He was taken back to his Carmichael home.

Anyone with information on where Demayik may be is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department at (916) 874-5115.
