STOCKTON–

Stockton Police say three people between the ages of 18 and 19 made an arrangement through Facebook to purchase a pair of “Air Jordan” tennis shoes.

When the thee arrived at the designated spot on Christian Life Way, police say two teenage boys between the ages of 16 and 17 walked up to the other three with guns drawn.

The victims say the two teens took their cash and told the victims to walk away.

“Fortunately no one was injured, but we have had cases where some of our victims would meet the person they were going to buy something from and either a fight ensues or shots are fired,” said Stockton Police Spokesperson Joseph Silva.
