A teen girl says she was kidnapped and sexually assaulted while running Friday morning. Police are now looking for the suspect.

Just before 8 a.m., the teen was jogging along Morris Avenue in Modesto. Near McHenry Avenue, police say the teen was approached by a man with a handgun, who forced her into a nearby car.

He then reportedly drove several minutes and parked in front of a vacant home in a neighborhood.

She told police at that point, the man sexually assaulted her, then dropped her off near Enslen Park.

She described the man as being 6 feet tall, about 140 lbs., with hazel eyes and a four-to-five inch black tattoo on his upper left arm. The car he was driving was a two-door Acura with chrome rims.

The teen was taken to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.
