A little good news next year for drought-weary Californians, coming from an old source relied on for decades for weather guidance.
Early 2015 could bring above-normal rains, according to The Old Farmer’s Almanac. However, those December to February rains will be followed by a drier than normal April and May.
Looking for summer relief? The almanac says June-August 2015 will be cooler than normal in California, with near-normal rainfall.
Then September and October 2015 could bring above normal rainfall in the north part of the state.
