Anyone looking at what is left of Lorraine Balbi's home may be in awe from the devastation, but she doesn't believe in accidents.

"I'm just putting it all in God's hands," she said. "I just believe God has a plan for me."

For Balbi, that plan meant losing her home in a devastating fire caused by a gas leak, which was triggered by Sunday morning's 6.0 earthquake in the Napa area.

"I've lost everything, all those precious things," Balbi told FOX40.

She means more than her burnt SUV and charred remains of her mobile home. She means the items she can't replace.

"My dad's shoes, the flag when he passed away," Balbi said. "My mother passed away in October, so I was able to get a lot of her pictures. If I don't think about those little things, I'm fine."

Balbi is staying in Vacaville, in her youngest daughter's home.
