SACRAMENTO-

Two women have been arrested for the stabbing and killing of a 35-year-old man.

The stabbing occurred on Stevenson Avenue, near Anna Kirchgater Elementary School and Power Inn Road.

According to the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department, the stabbing stemmed from an argument about a landlord/tenant issue, and at least one of the suspects knew the victim.

Officers arrested Monica Njoku, 44, and Taiish Immonique Simon, 38 for the stabbing. Sheriffs are searching for a third suspect, a man they say ran away from the scene.
