FAIRFIELD –

She's saving the city of Fairfield from a gang of villains, even though a rare illness has left her muscles extremely fragile.

Today, 9-year-old Kaylinn Sciortino had the chance to forget about her incurable disease, and focus on fighting crime. This is her dream come true.

“It was the best day of my life,” Kaylinn exclaimed.

If you've never been this high on life you probably haven't hit as many lows as Kylinn.

Kaylinn was born with Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, an incurable disease making her so fragile, she recently broke both wrists.

"I used to take karate and now I'm taking kendo,” said Kaylinn.

But she's still kicking butt and wowing crowds. Today the Wish Connection made this little iron woman's dream come true. With the help of some fellow super heroes, she saved the City of Fairfield from an evil gang.

In return, the mayor surprised her with a $500 shopping spree at the Solano Town Center.

"Oh, she is just thrilled. Thrilled. As any child should be, and this is going to affect the rest of her life," said Fairfield mayor Harry Price.

Because her symptoms and crime fighting don't mix, she will be sore tomorrow, but she's used to that.

"Everybody, thank you!” exclaimed Kaylinn.

This wasn't the end of Kaylinn's awesome weekend. Tomorrow, she gets to go to a Giants game and the Exploratorium.
