STOCKTON --

Another confrontation between a suspect and police in Stockton was caught on camera.

Nearly 90,000 people have watched the video since it was posted on Facebook on Saturday.

It shows the officer coming down on top of the suspect with his left hand momentarily on her face.

Police say Danielle Harris was playing her music too loud on MacDuff Avenue. When they asked her to turn it down, police say she turned it up and walked away.

Officers say when they tried to detain her she pulled away and swung at him.

Harris told the Stockton Record she did not swing at the officer.

FOX40 spoke with Stockton Police Officer Joe Silva. He said the incident is being internally reviewed.
