The Sacramento Kings are counting down the days until the start of the season. It's just one week until the team's first preseason game.

At the 2015 Sacramento Kings Media Day, things went as they usually do.

The players get their pictures taken -- a lot of pictures, goof around a little for the video board and a lot of reporters are looking to interview as many players as possible.

There was one big difference Monday, nothing tangible, just a feeling. That maybe this season will be different.

"Absolutely. Absolutely. And it's just exciting. You can see the roster, see the amount of talent of the players we got here," Kings Forward Omri Casspi said.

"I think we have a lot of veterans here. A lot of winning experience. So, I think we'll be just fine as far as coming together and being a good team,"Kings Forward Rudy Gay said.

The Kings have added quality players: Caron Butler, Rajon Rondo, Marco Belinelli, Kosta Koufos. And the players back from last year do sense a difference.

"Definitely. I mean, just the excitement that's here. Just everybody's excited for this upcoming season to start, and it's right around the corner," Kings Guard Ben McLemore said.

Training camp starts Tuesday for the Kings.
