MARYSVILLE--

Anytime the U.S. Air Force drops a bomb anywhere in the world, the airmen who make the bomb have received their training from Beale Air Force Base.

Every year the Air Force Base graduates 560 Airmen from their ammunition training program, totaling out to more than 15,000 plus in the 30 years the program has existed.

Wednesday morning the media was invited to witness the Airmen in action in their training during the "Iron Flag"program which consists of an assembly line of bomb making.

The three week training program initially starts with classes before the actual four-day bomb program begins, followed by another week of education before the Airmen are then sent back to this their individual stations around the world.
