Stockton Police Investigate Homicide on North California Street

STOCKTON —

The Stockton Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one man dead on Tuesday night.

Police received reports of a shooting just before 7:30 p.m. The shooting happened on North California Street near East Fulton Street.

When officers arrived they found a 23-year-old man inside a parked car who had been shot.

Medics arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene.

No suspect information or motive were given.
