Stockton Police Looking for 16-Year-Old in Connection to N. California Street Homicide

STOCKTON —

The Stockton Police Department is searching for a 16-year-old in connection to a March 29 homicide on North California Street in Stockton.

Jacob Mendez has a no bail felony warrant out for his arrest, the Stockton Police Department said. Mendez should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Stockton Police Department released the suspect’s photo.
