STOCKTON–

Stockton Police say a man was kidnapped April 11 and was forced by his captors to deliver packages for nearly a week.

According to an entry in the police department’s activity log, the man had just gotten home at East Jefferson and South Grant Street when he was approached by two men who forced him to drive to Escalon at gunpoint.

Police said the man reported being tied up before being made to deliver packages for the two suspects.

The man was returned home in Stockton Sunday evening and both suspects ran away.

Police could only provide a vague description of the two suspects. It was unclear what was in the packages.
