Imagine dancing at a club or working out with a group of people, with music no one else can hear. This is the trend sweeping the nation, and it all started with a pair of headphones.
Yoga is relaxing in and of itself. But now an experience called "sound off" is letting folks hit the warrior pose in a whole new way.
The headphones you see in the video are noise cancelling, and beaming beats from a live DJ right into these yogis' ears.
A participant says music is an important component of the sound off yoga and it allows them to experience the yoga practice much more profoundly because they become present with the music and they're own body, while having fun.
