Delicious New Menu at The Hilton

The Hilton in Sacramento Arden West has had a new multi million-dollar renovation and features a new restaurant menu.  The Harvard Street Grille is serving up some delicious new items.  The menu promotes the best locally sourced farm-to-fork ingredients.  Chef Jose Gallegos served up a salmon salad in the kitchen today.  Find the recipe below.

Salmon salad recipe:

1 Cup - Anize Seeds
1 Cup - Tarragon
(Salt and Pepper to Taste)
1 - 6 oz Salmon
(Dust in the Anize and Tarragon Mix)
2 Handfuls - Arugula
1/4 Cup - Julian Carrots
1/6 Cup - Yellow and Orange Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Diced Watermelon
3 oz - Beet Vinaigrette

To Make Beet Vinaigrette:

Cover 5 Beets in Oil 1lt and Bake for 45
Minutes at 350F. Once done, let beets cool, check softness and add 2 cups of red wine vinegar, puree and add salt and pepper to taste
