TUOLUMNE COUNTY — A Sonora man was arrested after movers allegedly found child porn at his home, according to the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office.

A deputy responded to the home and contacted the owner, 62-year-old Paul Bauman.

Bauman gave the deputy permission to enter the home and provided him with the child pornography images he had duplicated, the sheriff’s office said.

Bauman admitted to having viewed thousands of images for many years over the Internet on his computer.

Deputies confiscated his computer and numerous printed images of child pornography.

Bauman was arrested and booked into the Tuolumne County Jail on charges of possessing obscene material of minor in sexual act, sexual exploitation of a child and send or sell obscene material of a minor.
