We generally assume that eating healthy food is always more costly that just stopping at a local fast food restaurant.  However, Toni Okamoto shows us how we can eat healthy on a budget.  She runs a blog called Plant Based on a Budget where she shares helpful recipes and tips for eating healthy and not spending a lot.  She explains how to eat healthy for an entire week with a budget of only $25.
