Roseville Police Arrest Suspect in Robbery at McDonald’s Drive-Thru

ROSEVILLE — The Roseville Police Department reports that Saturday evening an armed suspect robbed a woman sitting in her car at a McDonald’s drive-thru on Harding Boulevard.

At around 8 p.m., Quincy Jackson, 19, approached the woman and pointed a handgun at her head, demanding she hand over her belongings, according to Roseville Police. With her property in his possession, Jackson fled the scene.

When officers arrived on scene witnesses reported Jackson had taken refuge in a nearby hotel room.

After surrounding the hotel, police took Jackson into custody at around 10:30 p.m.

A handgun and ammunition, along with the victim’s belongings, were recovered from the room.

Jackson was later charged at the Placer County Jail on suspicion of robbery and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon.

According to Roseville Police, no one was injured in the incident.
