Who doesn't love Chando's Tacos? Now they're opening a new location in Midtown in 3 weeks called Chando's Cantina. Chando himself stopped by the studio to make a traditional Mexican dish called posole. Check out the recipe below to make it at home!

Recipe:
3 lbs pork butt / you can substitute pork with chicken
3 bay leaves
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
Salt
Tsp of cumin
Tsp of cloves
1 tsp oregano
4 dried california chile pods
2 dried ancho peppers

Serve in bowl and dress it:
Cabbage
Onion
Salsa
Radish
Avocado
Lime
