    SACRAMENTO — The City of Folsom Animal Control and the owners of 286 rabbits seized in mid-March have reached an agreement. The Sacramento SPCA believes their agreement is in the best interest of the rabbits and advocates for their current and future care. The rabbit owners will surrender at least 85 rabbits to SSPCA.     SACRAMENTO — The Sacramento SPCA is in need of donations after receiving nearly 300 bunnies Friday night. The 286 rabbits of various ages are part of an ongoing investigation and are not up for adoption. Patrol officers with the Folsom Police Department discovered the rabbits at a home on Pine Grove Way while responding to a different call.     TRACY — The Tracy Police Department has arrested two suspects connected to the homicide of a 20-year-old man.
